Possible diagnosis: There are several possible causes to right abdominal pain. Appendicitis, bad gallbladder and other bowel problems can make you very sick, very fast so they get looked into first. Fever, vomiting and worsening pain needs more urgent evaluation. Otherwise, an outpatient visit with your doc to look for hernias, kidney stones, gallstones, cysts is okay.
