Sounds like GERD: 25 year old female has stomach pain past few days, upper stomach wakes her up at night. Nothing has helped. Sounds like GERD, Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease. Some OTC Antacids could help, just as some PPI's like Prilosec. However, when an upper stomach pain wakes one up at night, one should see an MD/ Gastroenterologist for appropriate evaluation & management
