The risk of shoulder dislocation is that lateral in life you can get osteoarthritis. The recurrent dislocation is serious and you need to discuss with your physician about seeing orthopedics

Hip popping: If you are walking, running normally without pain( and that means no pain at all) ,and no change in the alignment of the leg I would not be too concerned. if there is pain on motion or on repetitive motion or over a few days or weeks pain develops have it checked out consider, tenodnitis, tendon sprain, avulsion or even labral tear F/U wiht doctor /urgent care /orthopedist
