Yes: Get to the Urgent care closest to you or the ER. You do not want to wait on this one. At the least they can diagnose the problem and risks and offer treatment as appropriate. Always be on alert for deer tick bites -- easily treated early , but can be very debilitating if not treated. Good Luck -- Go Go.

Yes see doctor asap: If could be infected, part of the tick claw could still be in the skin and Lyme disease is a concern.

Yes: I would get it evaluated. Ticks need to be on the skin for 48 hours to transmit infection but if there are skin changes get it looked at
