Are mri reliable for detecting pancreatic. cancer because i recently had one and i dont feel very reassured ?

Do not worry: It is very rare for a 19 year-old to have pancreatic cancer and if an MRI did not show it, there is no reason to worry about it.

Yes,: but not just any MRI. The MRI should be specifically tailored to evaluate pancreatic masses.
