I doubt of having an h. pylori but i think it's not. is your hemoglobin or hematocrit decrease? i often have hyperacidity but i think cause by stress?

Be sure: H. pylori is very common in Rizal (prevalence likely 50-70% in your area). Some physicians would go ahead and treat for H. pylori just to see if you improve. If there is bleeding with stomach irritation, then certainly yes, hematocrit could drop. Treatment is usually 2 weeks involving 2 acid suppressors and an antibiotic.
