Gingivitis: Do you mean bleeding? Pain in the tooth and bleeding in the gum with shifting teeth sound like severe gingivitis. You need to see a dentist.

Dipping: First of all, stop dipping. Secondly, I would see an MD. This may not be related to the dipping but certainly there is something going on and dipping is not good for the gums and teeth and whole body!

Shifting teeth: Shifting teeth indicates significant bone loss. Tobacco use greatly increases risk of oral cancer. Pain indicates infection of tooth and/or surrounding gum/bone, and dental infections do not self cure. Please seek immediate dental treatment.
