Go see your doctor: Vyvanse is a brand of lisdexamfetamine (http://www.drugs.com/vyvanse.html) used to treat ADHD. It is a schedule II controlled substance that requires a written prescription (not electronic or by phone) w/o refills. So you need to go see your doctor, preferably same one prescribing your Buspar, (buspirone) Xanax & Lexapro and take said prescription to same pharmacy. Ask doc about drug-drug interactions.
