Need more details : If more swollen than normal for yourself and no weight gain then see a doctor. If no changes then it is normal for you. I hope you are well.

Sounds normal : By the description, it sounds completely normal. If your overly concerned, see a primary care provider for an exam, and be sure to let the doctor know why you are concerned about it. Hope this helps!
