Another md: See another urologist if you have persistent scrotal discomfort. Its possible that you have a mild epididymitis. A careful exam of the scrotal contents and prostate would be reasonable, and,if felt advisable, an ultrasound and urinalysis can be done.

Second opinion: It is ok to seek the advice of another doctor if you feel your current GP is missing something or not hearing you. They will certainly want to know more about what kinds of testing was done and if the urologist and GP gave a reasoning for reassuring you. If they have not, it is also ok to ask them for more of an explanation. Maybe follow up is planned to see if symptoms evolve? Good luck!

Try a different urol: You will benefit from an exam including urine tests. Go to a different urologist. If there is a medical school or a training center available, go there.
