Your 8 year: Old should stay away from the baby while he's symptomatic, and anyone touching the baby should make sure they wash their hands thoroughly before touching the baby.

Fever : make sure to follow clean hygiene techniques. Wash hands well, avoid for him to touch the baby's hands or face and make sure he doesn't get in his face.
