Not normal.: Circulation of the foot may somehow compromised. See your doctor to have the pulses of the foot checked.

Warm Heart.: The color of the foot as well as any pain are as important as the temperature when assessing potential vascular influence on the foot. If you are having extreme pain or the foot is white with no blanching then you need to be evaluated soon. If not try applying moist heat to the area just above the ankle to see if you can cause some vasodilation to increase flow to the foot.
