Dont need mo biotin: biotin deficiency is very very rare. It is trendy right now to take if for hair and nails. Going beyond 100 mcg per day is not necessary and there is no evidence of benefit beyond this amount. Biotin is a water soluble B vitamin, so your body *probably* would simply pee out the extra. So it can be a nice way to make your pee expensive :)
