No: vaginal bleeding would not be related to bowel problems. most likely you are having breakthrough bleeding that could be controlled with some short term estrogen

Where is the blood?: If the bleeding is coming from the vagina then it is not related to constipation or a problem in the GI tract. If the blood is coming from your anus then bowel causes are certainly possible.
