Ingrown hair, not particularly sure. the area i usually shave has a spot that has grown a little hard and has a bump. no pain though.

Maybe: Hard yo day without seeing the area, but this sounds like an ingrown hair. Let the area grow out for a little while between shaving to reduced the development of these. This could also be a folliculitis or a small cyst forming, again, hard to say. See you doc or do a video consult here on HealthTap to confirm.
