Burn baby, burn: Your butt "got smoked" by too much ultraviolet radiation and has a first or second degree burn. The elastic layer of the skin has now "broken" and you are seeing the stretch marks. Earth to circulating "sun lover" patient, excessive sun/tanning can cause burns, cancer, and skin aging. If there is still "butt pain", or blisters, see an MD for treatment.
