My son is getting this rash now for the 3de time, he doesn't have diarrhea and it looks like a fungal rash as it's only by his private part and he keeps complain that it's burning, the last time he started to shed his skin down their and its very red?

May be right: You don't list the age of the kid, which matters. If he is in diapers it could easily be yeast & need an anti-yeast cream or powder. If he's out of diapers it could be regular fungal "jock itch" and need similar treatment with an anti-fungal. A localized rash in that area could also be a soap or other agent used to clean the area he had a reaction to.
