I work in a freezer at work , i'm there long hours and i'm noticing a lot of tiny red irritated bumps on my face could this be because of the cold ?

Maybe chilblains?: Hard to know without examining the spots and getting more information. A thought that comes to mind is chilblains. Small red bumps that can initially be itchy or slightly painful. Usually resolve in 7-10days. Caused by abnormal reaction to cold (small blood vessels over-constrict and the edema/injury upon rewarming). Pernio is similar, but more persistent after longer exposures.
