I've gotten this weird rash that came out of the blue and my whole body is covered in these spots that don't itch, burn, or protrude. what is it?

Hard to know: without seeing the rash and knowing a bit more of your history. Would also be helpful to know if there is any flaking, abnormal sweating, lymph node enlargement, if the spots disappear if pressed upon, distrubution, their color. Viral exanthem or moluscum seem most likely. Hives, polymorphous light eruption, or heat rash can be sudden and widespread, but usually itch. See Derm.

Get eval: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
