Leg pulsations/ulcer: Gastritis may cause bleeding in severe cases (any dark stools?). This could cause anemia that might provoke symptoms you describe in your back/extremities with associated fatigue. Assume you are treated with antacids (?Prilosec, Pepcid) and may want to have blood tests to f/u on this.
