Yes: Most traumatic rib fractures cause chest pain and 'rib pain' but 'upper 'rib fractures T2, T1 can cause neck pain.Also if the diaphragm has been injured or if you have 'bruised ' your collarbone neck pain is common as pain can be referred there or muscle attachments can be affected.
