BV?: You may have bacterial vaginosis (BV), this usually presents with clear, watery discharge with fishy odor. BV is common in pregnant women as the vaginal mucus changes and the BV bacterial can overgrow and cause symptoms. BV causes inflammation in the vagina and cervix and can increase the risk of preterm labor. Bring your symptoms up with your OB at the next visit. They should do a "wet mount"
