Don't Worry: Permanent nerve damage from dental anesthesia is VERY RARE, especially for front teeth...that's about as close to impossible as you can imagine. Talk to your dentist before your procedure, so you have confidence in him/her. That will help with your anxiety. It might also help to speak with a therapist to address this fear before you have any dental work done. Trust the science.

Don't worry: It simply doesn't happen. Please discuss your concerns with your Dentist. Rest assured that there is greater chance of permanent damage from a lightning strike.
