Maybe: There is a condition known as dishwasher's dermatitis that occurs from frequent washing of the hands with soap. Basically the repeated washing pulls out all of the natural oils from the skin and the skin is unable to maintain its moisture barrier. This causes dry, cracked, irritated hands. Wash your hands only as needed and using a thick hand cream in between. See a doc if not getting better.
