I have a complex ovarian cyst with septations and debris about 14ml in volume. it was 7ml 3 months ago. it's now pressing against my colon. treatment?

Talk to your GYN: Your personal GYN can best answer for your specific case, but generally if the cyst is enlarging and causing symptoms by pressing against your colon it may be best treated surgically.
