I take for the first time a tramadol-x 225 mg and i start throw up and have headache?

Side effect: All pain meds can have side effects of nausea as well as headach. If this is the first time you have taken tramadol, probably just this. Usually the side effects improve. If the font after 2-3 days, i would ask doctor for a different pain med.
