Not really likely: Most chemical-induced infertility in men deal with the amount or motility of sperm to get to the egg; in these cases, conception just never occurs. Miscarriages are a different affair; the egg is fertilized, has implanted, but fails to "take". I would discuss this with a fertility doctor.
