Possibly: You should try your best not to conceive after a miscarriage or abortion for at least 3 months, to ensure that your uterus is ready to carry another pregnancy.

To ensure best chance of healthy pregnancy, eat a healthy/balance diet, take your prenatal vitamins, exercises regularly, don't drink/smoke/ or use drugs, and see doc for eval. Best of luck to you.
