Yes and no: Fertile mucus certainly does suggest that you are ovulating. And if you had sex, it's possible you would conceive. However I generally recommend that women wait until they've had one normal menstrual cycle after a spontaneous miscarriage before trying to conceive. If your miscarriage required a D&C, then I recommend 2 menstrual cycles. I think the endometrium needs that time to be healthy again.
