Had a hysterectomy early in march. now have a brown/pinkish discharge that seems to be coming from my urethra. surgery was rough.

See your surgeon: You need to see your surgeon and get an exam. Sometimes after a hysterectomy, you can have some bleeding from the internal incision that can be treated in the office. If it is really coming from the urethra, you could have a bladder infection or need to see a urologist. Best wishes!
