Time for exam: Can still be a local vaginitis, as more likely than what you describe from urinary leakage. Tiny chance could be r-v fistula...Needs examined and tested to see what treatment best. See your gyn, pmd, or urgent care dr to start.

Brown discharge: If it doesn't itch , burn or smell, don't worry. It most likely is due to atrophic changes in the vagina. See your obgyn for some topical estrogrn.
