Unusual: One-sided nasal congestion usually changes sides and it is somewhat atypical that it is mainly on the right. How long has this been going on? If you have used the otrivin for more than 5 days consistently, then you may have rebound congestion on that side (a common side effect of overuse). Otherwise, I'd suspect septal deviation, isolated sinus disease or other structural problem. See ENT.
