My mom has a blocked nose for 30 days. she's been taking otrivin for 25 and musinex for 7 days. still no improvement and she can't sleep. what to do?

Topical treatment: For acute relief, you could try a topical antihistamine like afrin nasal spray to reduce the swelling and congestion. Increase humidity and drink plenty of fluids. Only use the topical sprays max of 2-3 days - longer than this can cause more problems than it solves.
