Fertility problem: It sounds like you are having a fertility problem with only one pregnancy in two years of trying. frequent miscarriage after getting pregnant is another fertility problem. You should see gynecologist who has interest in fertility issues.

Miscarriage: If you're 24 years old, you're young and it's unlikely that you're going to be someone at high risk of recurrent miscarriage. Miscarriages happen to 20% of women and so it can be a chance occurrence that won't happen again. It looks like you're having a problem with fertility though if you've been trying for 2 years and so ask about that! Are you having regular periods? Take prenatal vitamins!
