Sharp pain in top of right hand i have carpal tunnel in both hands but i'm right handed and i'm a cashier constantly using both hands?

Interventions: Cumulative trauma to your hands will cause progressive symptoms and some simple measures may help. Wearing wrist splints that fit nightly can help reduce compression. Vitamin B-6 100 mg twice daily, and an anti-inflammatory will help. Recommend EMG testing, and if severe findings, a simple outpt decompression will literally reverse the symptoms.
