If my tsh was 1.32 then 3.1 a week later. i take 150. 3days and 162 4 days. adjusted from 162 2days. 2 weeks now. will it show adjusted via lab4 ivf?

Maybe: TSH has a half life of hours in the body, so it can adjust very quickly, however the t4, the actual thyroid hormone has a half life of weeks. The usual standard of care is to wait 4 weeks after any medication change to recheck your levels. When reducing your dose, the full 4 weeks would be needed for the extra hormone to work its way out and get an accurate reading.
