No: Generally oral antibiotics are given a one before, the day of and the day after embryo transfer to decrease a possible, but unlikely risk, of bacterial contamination of the embryo catheter during transfer from bacteria in the vagina. If you are several days post transfer there will probably be little value at this point. Good luck with the transfer.

Don't retake : It's impossible to know how much you absorbed. I wouldn't recommend a double dose.
