Many things: Tums, rolaids, and maalox are all good when you have the symptoms. Zantac, nexium, (esomeprazole) omeprazole, prevacid, Prilosec are all good options to prevent daily occurrences. Those must be taken daily to prevent the symptoms.These are all commonly used in pregnancy
