Not deficient: Hashimotos can go through three phases, 1. uncommonly it may cause hyperthyroidism in an early phase of the disease, 2. followed by normal thyroid function and the 3. long phase of hypothyroidism. At this time you do not thyroid deficiency and taking thyroid medication is unlikely to be helpful.
