See Urologist & gyn: Microscopic blood in the urine can be caused by kidney stones and irregular menses. your profile says you are a 31 yo female so I would recommend you see a Urologist for evaluation of possible kidney stones, Tests to be done include Cystoscopy to look at urethra and bladder, and Renal /bladder Ultrasound and CT Kidneys. If neg w/u, see your gynecologist also
