Not to worry: Why have you had normal urinalysis repeated 2 weeks later? Trace protein &/or trace non-hemolysed blood is unlikely to have any serious cause. Cause likely of no consequence, straining to urinate, masturbation or nothing. Stop worrying & certainly don't waste your or health care system's time by going to ER. Wait 3 months & repeat is all you need to do.
