Low probability: Most spiders pose no threat to us, thankfully. Did you get a small papule or wheal where the bite occurred? Honestly the only significant spider we see that causes systemic symptoms like abdominal issues would be the black widow spider and those are very rare and you would be much much more ill much sooner. I don't think the bite and your symptoms are related but I do hope you feel better soon.
