Abdominal pain: It is important to know where the abdominal pain is. If it is on the low right side of the abdomen, appendicitis must be ruled out. If it is on the right upper part of the abdomen, it could be gall bladder disease. On the left upper and lower part of the abdomen it could be colitis. 2 weeks is concerning and you need to be examined right away and X-rays may be needed.
