No effect.: Pharmaceutical companies put this pregnancy warning on most of their products d/t liability concerns. The active ingredients in Icy Hot used as directed are unlikely to get into your blood stream and VERY unlikely to get into your baby's blood stream. So, if it eases your pain, by all means, use it.
