Uncertain.: MS is a disorder of the central nervous system that primarily affects motor (movement) neurons. It seldom causes pain in its early stages and almost never causes the kind of wide-spread pain that you're describing. If no other cause for your symptoms have been found in spite of appropriate testing, I would hesitate to blame your symptoms on M.S. Please don't give up your search for answers.
