Highly unlikely: Can't imagine any bug can get into the back of your throat unless you intentionally swallow a biting insect. It'd appear prudent to try to eradicate the bugs , if they are indeed present, from your bedroom. My suspicion is that these may not be bug bites at all and you should ask your doctor to examine these sites.
