Tough to say: Without a good history and Physical exam, especially at 20yo, it is tough to say what your problem was caused by. Generally, numbness and weakness are caused by some nerve issues, and or possible underluying blood flow (vascular) issues that would affect your nerves (similar to pins and needles after sitting on your legs too long). See a Dr. if this continues to occur, best wishes.
