Do you charge each time when multiple doctors give answers for the same question?

Just one charge...: There is one charge for each type of added service if a member chose to pay for added service(s), when submitting a Basic public question on HealthTap. There is not an additional charge if other doctors write more answers to the same question. Of course, if no added services are chosen, then the Basic public question remains completely free. Thanks for being on HealthTap.

Pain mng doctor gave me a routine questionnaire last time I saw them.I go every 6 months.I'm not on anything strong.I read the questions super quick.one asked if I've ever been arrested. I answered never.should I tell them I have when I was underage?
Do you have a checklist you give your IVF patients? My doctor just answered my do and don't questions as i thought to ask them. :(
