Narrow chin: The broth and development of facial structures is determined by your genetics but can be altered by environmental and other factors. An orthodontist may be able to change your appearance.

Not sure...: The answer to your question would depend on what you mean by narrow chin. Certain dental procedures may end up giving you a more narrowed face appearance, but typically teeth have no effect on just chin shape/size
