Most likely : depending on the amount of u if removed, and how easy the procedure is and accompanying medical condition, you should be able to walk after tbs procedure. You may bs asked to use a knee brace to help in the recovery process.

Varies: It varies based upon multiple factors. If you do have a lot of fluid in your knee, there is not much question that it will dramatically better after drained. The bigger question is what caused the fluid in the first place, this will have an impact on your recovery and restrictions and also give an idea about whether of not it us likely to recur.
